Upon final approval of a house plan for a specific lot, we will generate a complete cost estimate which includes bids from all the necessary sub-contractors and supply houses. An estimate of the price of your home will be generated using these bids.

In the course of building a custom home there is an evolution of ideas, products and design elements. To eliminate any misunderstandings, we would use "Cost Plus" Pricing, where monthly progress billing is based on actual expenditures accrued in the course of building your home...
