Price Estimate
Upon final approval of a house plan for a specific lot, we will generate a complete cost estimate which includes bids from all the necessary sub-contractors and supply houses. An estimate of the price of your home will be generated using these bids.
"Cost Plus" Pricing
In the course of building a custom home there is an evolution of ideas, products and design elements. To eliminate any misunderstandings, we would use "Cost Plus" Pricing, where monthly progress billing is based on actual expenditures accrued in the course of building your home...
Home Specifications
Craftsman Elements in Design
Craftsman design elements will keep the new homes on Ponderosa Drive architecturally compatible with the existing homes in the subdivision. Jon Turrell has home plan options for these lots that you can select from or he can help you design your own floor plan to meet your needs. A house plan from another designer can be used as long as Jon Turrell Quality Homes signs off on the plan before it becomes final. This ensures that it is appropriate for this lot and Ponderosa Heights Subdivision.
